Great scent, but very gritty, once you rub lips together a few times it is smooth and lips feel nice and soft. if it wasn't for the grittiness, I'd highly rate it! It is pretty good but not amazing because of that!

Thank you for your honest feedback, we’re really glad to hear you enjoyed the scent and that your lips felt soft and smooth after using the balm. That gritty texture you mentioned is something we’re aware of and currently working on with our Formulation Team.

Because our balm is made with natural waxes and oils, temperature changes during shipping or storage can sometimes cause the ingredients to separate slightly. This leads to tiny wax beads forming — a natural effect called “blooming.” The good news is, as you noticed, they usually melt with a little friction and body warmth.

This is my new go to balm. Smells delicious & I love the coverage. I find most balms too harsh & either tingles or hurt my lips. No issues with this at all. A bit gritty when you first apply, but it doesn’t take long for that to go & smooth, soft lips.
