It feels nice but it’s lumpy and the product has like weird bits in it…? Luckily I got this for free otherwise I would’ve been gutted ྀིྀི

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback, we’re sorry to hear the texture wasn’t quite what you expected. What you’ve described sounds like a common occurrence known as “blooming,” which can happen when our natural lip balms are exposed to varying temperatures.
Because our formula uses natural waxes and oils (and no synthetic stabilisers), if the balm warms up and cools down during shipping or storage, it can sometimes cause tiny wax beads to form. These little lumps usually melt quickly with the warmth of your lips, and the balm is still completely safe and nourishing to use 💋
That said, we completely understand that it’s not the smooth experience you were hoping for, and we really appreciate you letting us know. Our Formulation Team is actively working on refining the mix to minimise this happening in future batches.

This lip balm is absolutely horrible, it isn't a smooth formula, it doesn't spread easily and smells slightly off. There are little bits in the product that doesn't get spread out.

The gritty texture you mentioned is likely due to the natural waxes and oils in our vegan formulation. If the balm warms and cools at different points (like during transit or storage), the ingredients can sometimes separate a little and form those tiny granules.
The good news is that it’s still perfectly safe and nourishing to use — the wax beads usually melt with the warmth of your lips 💋 But we completely understand that you were expecting a smoother texture, and we’re genuinely sorry this one didn’t meet your expectations.
