Here are all the dets you need to know when shopping with us:

 

New Zealand delivery*:
$5.75NZD flat rate on orders
Orders are sent by tracked courier. Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days (rural deliveries may take an additional 24 hours).

Australia delivery*:
$10.00AUD flat rate on orders
Orders are sent by Air Mail (non-tracked). Please ensure this is a physical address, not a PO Box. Estimated delivery time: 5-10 working days (rural deliveries may take an additional 24 hours).

Rest of World delivery*:
$10USD flat rate on orders
Orders are sent by Air Mail (non-tracked). Estimated delivery time: 5-15 working days. All international orders are sent non-tracked, the tracking link will show where your order is at key milestone locations only.


*When shipping to a different country other than the billing address the shipping charges may change.

Please be aware that orders may be subject to local import duty or other customs taxes. Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We will not refund your order if you do not want to pay for the customs or import duties. Customs policies vary widely from country to country - we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information. Where customs charges are due, this may impact the time it takes your parcel to reach you.

Order inquiries
An order confirmation will appear as the final step in your order process. You’ll also receive an email confirmation with an order number and summary of your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an additional email confirming shipment. This email will include tracking information (where applicable).

Order cancellations
You may cancel your online order provided we have not already dispatched it. We’ll refund the cost of your order to the credit card you purchased with. Please contact us as soon as possible – we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Damaged items
We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues.

Returns
We want you to be totally satisfied with your order. If within 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund, less shipping costs. Please contact us and we'll advise you of your nearest location to return your goods.

We’ll process your refund to the original credit card used for payment and send you a confirmation email. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
